Job Summary:


Responsable de la cartera completa de Belden, competente en el desarrollo y ejecuci#n de la estrategia del canal, la gesti#n del rendimiento del mismo y debe ser capaz de gestionar eficazmente a trav#s de los sistemas.

El CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER deber#a poder impulsar un crecimiento rentable dentro del territorio definido mediante la gesti#n de varios tipos de Cuentas (Distribuidores, Contratistas, Integradores y Usuarios Finales); alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y el crecimiento org#nico, podr# influir en el comportamiento de los socios de canal y ser# un experto comercial en el espacio de redes empresariales e industriales.


Responsibilities:


Propiedad de un conjunto de objetivos de ventas alineados con el alcance del puesto, asumiendo la responsabilidad de cumplir los objetivos durante un per#odo sostenido.

Cree planes de negocio de canal enfocados en el crecimiento de SPMRO y el cumplimiento de proyectos de venta de soluciones.

Aseg#rese deque el liderazgo del canal invierta recursos suficientes en actividades prioritarias a trav#s de la credibilidad y una propuesta de retorno de la inversi#n convincente.

Administre revisiones de liderazgo mensuales / trimestrales de KPI, TTI y Plan de acci#n del canal utilizando el marco SDP.

Utilice c#digos Z y requisitos del programa de socios con canales e identifique estrategias para cada cuadrante.

Responsable de ejecutar los planes de acci#n de la iniciativa espec#ficos para lograr un informe conprecisi#n sobre POS, COGS y datos de inventario.

Proporcionar comentarios de apoyo a Belden Leadership. Defina las expectativas de ingresos por ubicaci#n. Especifique la inversi#n de personal requerida de los socios de canal. Administre activamente los níveles de inventario para garantizar que se cuente con el inventario correcto. Ejecuci#n efectiva de estrategias de precios para asegurar el logro del crecimiento con una implementaci#n fluida. Establezca relaciones de trabajo con colegas de ventas. Sincronice con colegas de ventas de soluciones cuyos proyectos requieran socios de canal como m#todo de cumplimiento. lograr metas y cuotas de ventas espec#ficas y objetivos de productos de KPI.Administrar y ejecutar planes comerciales

Required Skills and Experience
De 3 a 5 a#os de experiência en un puesto con responsabilidades comerciales. De 5 a 10 a#os de experiência en gesti#n de canales para directores de canales senior. Al menos 5 a#os de experiência en ventas generales para gerentes de canal junior. Tanto dentro de una organizaci#n B2B de tama#o medio como grande.

Experiência en conceptos de capital de trabajo, con conocimiento demostrable de COGS, gesti#n de perfiles de inventario, POS, estrategias de precios y gesti#n de embudos de ventas.

Experiência de operar con #xito en un entorno matricial y experiência de trabajar en estrecha colaboraci#n con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos Marketing, Operaciones y Finanzas.

- Experiência de trabajo en un entorno internacional ventajoso.
