Estamos buscando un Experto en Problem Solving para nuestra planta en Ciudad Juárez.

Responsabilidades :

  • Desarrollo de proyectos de solución de problemas como Black Belt o Experto en Shainin.
  • Liderear equipos multifuncionales para la solución de problemas.
  • Presentación de avances de proyectos a la alta gerencia.
  • Medición financiera de los proyectos a su cargo.
  • Requerimientos de sistemas de calidad (Norma IATF )
  • Aplicación de herramientas de solución de problemas que ayuden a encontrar la causa raíz.

Requisitos :

  • Escolaridad : Ingeniería Industria, eléctrico, electrónico, mecatrónico o afin.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en metodología de Solución de problemas como Black Belt o Experto en Shainin, deseable en la empresa automotriz.
  • Inglés avanzado.

Conocimientos avanzados en técnicas de solución de problemas : Six Sigma o Shainin.

Estar Certificado como Black Belt o Experto en Shainin.

Conocimientos financieros para calculo de ahorros de los proyectos.

Conocimientos de Core Tools : SPC-Avanzado (Nivel 3), MSA-Avanzado (Nivel 3).

Habilidad en toma de decisiones.

Capacidad de análisis de procesos y diseños.

Actitud de liderazgo y proactividad.

Manejo de relaciones interpersonales y de equipos multidisciplinarios
