Join JP Morgan Treasury Services as a Business Development Manager for foreign exchange growth strategy execution.

Posting description:
You are a Business Development Manager with experience in foreign exchange and global payments.

You will help push the regional and cross-regional Treasury Services Foreign Exchange Profit and Loss growth by planning joint activities, prospecting clients, managing existing portfolios, and generating new businesses.

As part of the larger global team, you will develop businesses across and within regions.

We need you to have deep knowledge of large corporate space, Foreign exchange through treasury services type solutions, and preferably advanced foreign exchange solutions such as hedging.

If you're looking for a dynamic, markets-oriented product set, and you want to promote growth of a key strategic solution for JPMorgan, this role is ideal for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for growing the Treasury Services Foreign Exchange Latin America Profit and Loss statement
  • Pipeline management target list development, execution from presales to winning mandates and closing deals, senior management reporting.
  • Client presentations and presales activities
  • Coordinate with Treasury Services Sales, JP Morgan Corporate Bankers and Investment Banking Foreign Exchange Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; develop and present client relevant and thoughtful solution presentations.
  • Responsible for meeting Profit and Loss and new business targets.
  • Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also help push marketing efforts.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product teams of emerging trends in the market and client needs for product evolution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors Degree from a toptier program or equivalent graduate level education preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction banking, Treasury Services Foreign Exchange, crossborder payments and Channels.
  • Strong product oriented sales experience and acumen. Excellent client facing skills.
  • Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a combative environment.
  • Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them.
  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners sales, product management, client service, and Global Bankers.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of more advanced Foreign Exchange solutions, for example, hedging.
  • Understanding of the large corporate space as well as the use of Foreign Exchange through treasury services type solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business partners and team members.
