Objetivo del puesto:
Liderar al equipo del área administrativa con enfoque en el mejoramiento continuo de los procesos administrativos, procesos de control interno, enfocándose en el desarrollo profesional de los colaboradores a su cargo y trabajando en equipo con las demás áreas de la organización

Actividades:

  • Controlar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos administrativos y de control interno de la organización.
  • Responsable del manejo de los presupuestos y costos del departamento a su cargo.
  • Identificar oportunidades de beneficios para el cliente, en términos contractuales, que brinden ahorros en el presupuesto anual y nuevas oportunidades para mejorar el servicio
  • Encargarse de darle cumplimiento a las solicitudes de insumos, suministros, mobiliario y equipo dentro de la organización. Y velar por la existencia de los mismos.
  • Controlar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, mobiliario y equipo ubicados en los distintos níveles arrendados.
  • Responsable de supervisar y controlar los servicios solicitados a los proveedores, para garantizar que los trabajos efectuados son entregados en tiempo y con la calidad requerida.
  • Encargarse del manejo y cumplimiento de los contratos de servicios (cable, energía, telefonía, etc) y los contratos de arrendamiento de locales.
  • Controlar la facturación de proveedores
  • Realizar y apoyar los procesos de auditorías periódicas de las empresas subcontratadas
  • Asegurar que los estándares de calidad del servicio al cliente se cumplan con los estándares establecidos
  • Realizar los informes requeridos por las distintas direcciones y gerencias del mismo nível o nível superior.
  • Contribuir con los procesos de mejora continua y trabajo en equipo.

San Juan de Ocotán, Zapopan, MEX

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en administración de empresas o Ingeniería Civil con énfasis en administración de negocios.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
  • Ingles: AVANZADO (Indispensable)
  • Habilidades analíticas, numéricas y de comunicación avanzadas.
  • Sólidos conocimientos administrativos y contables (enfocados al manejo de presupuestos)
  • Experiência en el manejo de proveedores.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de todos los productos de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiência en mantenimiento, supervisión y control de instalaciones.
