Responsible for the initial technical & business analysis, deployment, and testing of the solution. The deployment includes implementing the solution in various hospitals and collaborating with existing system vendors. These systems mainly focus on medical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences, requiring a deep understanding of security practices.
Essential Functions
- Engages with health care providers (HCP) and stakeholders to:
- Assess the current system landscape
- Document clinical workflows and events
- Define fit and customization requirements
- Test and validate the solution for HCP
- Collaborate with third-party system vendors
- Perform gap analysis between current and target states
- Maintain technical library and relevant information in ITSM and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Actuarial Science Bachelor's degree or related
- 3 to 10 years of experience
- Advanced level of English
- Based in Mexico
- Prior experience in healthcare information systems and life sciences
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines and documentation skills
- Background in Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, or Healthcare Application Consulting
