The key elements of this role involve:
- Quality partner of the plant manager assuring the quality standards of SI EA within your location.
- Leading a wide Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care.
- You will be supported by BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager.
- Assuring all vital certifications ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 4500
- Drive critical metric improvement alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered.
- You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the critical metric progress.
- Ensure global standard processes implemented in your location.
- Aligning and implementing the yearly strategy and budget with your Sub function Manager.
- You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled.
- Driving the organization to prevention root cause analyses and balanced preventive measures of NCCs projects etc.
- Empower a diverse and professional team and develop their proficiencies to the next level.
- Degree in technical engineering or equivalent.
- Leadership focussed on empowering and developing a diverse team
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
