In this role, you will be responsible for executing on multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, GE HealthCare es un innovador líder mundial en tecnología médica y soluciones digitales.

En este rol, será responsable de ejecutar múltiples procesos de recursos humanos y apoyar al equipo de recursos humanos en todas las categorías de servicios de recursos humanos, incluidas la incorporación, la baja, el mantenimiento de datos de Workday, los informes, las métricas y más.
Desarrolle un conocimiento profundo, de ala a ala, de los sistemas y procesos de operaciones de recursos humanos de la empresa.
Este rol requiere énfasis en la integridad y el análisis de los datos para respaldar las decisiones clave de recursos humanos al tiempo que brinda cobertura y apoyo según sea necesario.
Identificar y resolver problemas operativos y mejorar los procesos de soporte. Promueva el servicio "Best in Class" mientras desarrolla relaciones efectivas y trabaja funcionalmente con equipos internos y proveedores.Responsabilidades:
- Responsable de la ejecución exitosa de uno o más procesos de recursos humanos.
- Gestionar las métricas de prestación de servicios y/o el desempeño de proveedores externos en relación con los procesos asignados
- Impulsa una mayor productividad y cumplimiento a través de la identificación de oportunidades para mejoras, estandarización y simplificación de procesos dentro de las áreas asignadas
- Fomenta una cultura de excelencia en el servicio al cliente y la mejora continua de los procesos al brindar el mejor servicio al cliente en su clase y asesorar sobre preguntas/solicitudes complejas de empleados, líderes de personas y socios de recursos humanos.
- Mantiene altos estándares de precisión, puntualidad y calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y de políticas de GE HealthCare pertinentes.
- Desarrolla relaciones efectivas con las partes interesadas a través de fuertes habilidades interpersonales y comunicación proactiva.
- Desarrollar una sólida relación de trabajo con las comunidades de RR. HH., Líderes de personas y Empleados de GE HealthCare a través de la administración oportuna y precisa de los procesos de RR.
- Preparación de informes de fin de año y estadísticas asociadas
- Proporcionar soporte operativo adhoc para el proceso asignado
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración o a fín.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Experiência previa en roles similares de al menos 2 años
