- Flex Juarez._
- Reporting to the _Director Operations
_this role will be responsible to manage all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
_What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _ Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _ Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _ Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _ Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._
- _ Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews._
- _ Coach and mentor Operations leadership._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ PCBA repair_
