- Supervisa que las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo sean ejecutadas bajos las normas de pilar de seguridad (SAF).
- Implementa el sistema de mantenimiento profesional en el área bajo su responsabilidad.
- Administra, Dirige, Controla y Conserva los recursos humanos, equipo y facilidades del área, bajo su responsabilidad para obtener los resultados de SQDCME alineados con el score card de la planta.
- Realiza análisis de causa raíz de breakdowns del área bajo su responsabilidad a través de EWOS.
- Analiza, Dirige, y Autoriza la asignación de M.O.I. de acuerdo al proceso o actividad establecida.
- Manejo de proveedores Técnicos y de facilidades (limpieza, Robots, eléctricos, obra civil, PLC, Soldadura, etc.)
- Coordina con los diferentes departamentos las acciones correctivas y preventivas para solucionar los problemas que afecten la calidad y el proceso de los vehículos.
- Dirige y Coordina las actividades para cumplir con los programas de Mantenimiento con la gente asignada garantizando el proceso y calidad establecida.
- Dirige y Coordina la identificación de pérdidas y desperdicios para el desarrollo e implementación de ideas de mejora y proyectos KAIZEN de acuerdo a la metodología que dicta Stellantis.
- Mantiene el control de los entregables por pilar de su área de responsabilidad como: actos inseguros, condiciones inseguras, kaisenes, ideas de mejora, sugerencias, análisis de EWO ́s, solución de problemas, control de MRO ́s, scrap.
- Administrar y cuidar los costos, en servicios, refacciones, mano de obra, insumos, consumos, etc. buscando constantemente los ahorros como mejoras, buenas practicas, mejores tecnologías, evitar los desperdicios de tiempo, mano de obra, materiales y refacciones, aplicando los conceptos de Stellantis.
- Cuidar y promover la protección del medio ambiente, aplicando las políticas, criterios y normas ambientales en todas las actividades que se desarrollen en cada turno.
- Cumple con las políticas, misión y visión vigentes en Stellantis.
Requirements:
Ingeniero Electrónico, Electromecánico, Mecánico, Mecatrónica o afin Mínimo 5 añ;os de experiência Titulado Ingles 80% Experiência en áreas de mantenimiento y/o proyectos para las industrias automotrices, líneas automáticas, manejo de personal y trabajo enfocado a sistemas de manufactura.
Experiência en programación, detección de problemas y resolución de fallas en un nível intermedio/avanzado en PLC, Robótica, sistema de soldadura por resistencia, sistemas de sello, drives, motores.
