The client you will work for works to tailor solutions and services to the Management Company's Profile and needs.
Whether you're managing five thousand or hundreds of thousands of homes, we can help make your Vendor Management process seamless and efficient, while at the same time minimizing the risk profile of the vendors that work in your communities.
Job activities:
- Prepare weekly reports for clients.
- Handle administrative activities such as client onboarding, document overseeing,
- Use spreadsheets to upload into the system
- Importing data and uploading in the system.
- Customer support like helping out clients to create users in the platform
- Constant communication with supervisors, managers, and vendors.
- Support with process documentation.
Schedule:
Regular Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 CST MEX
- Daylight saving in
USA:
7:00 to 16:00 CST MEX

Requirements:
- Excellent communication in writing
