The Virtual Assistant (VA) is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The VA will handle confidential and time-sensitive material and be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans. Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Conduct research and compile data for reports. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) tasks. Address and resolve customer complaints. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content. Monitor and respond to social media interactions. Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (, MS Office). Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (, Google Calendar). Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Solid organizational skills
