Responsibilities:
  • Participate in applying operational risk policies, technology, and governance processes to minimize losses from internal failures and emerging risks.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and address root causes leading to operational losses by challenging existing practices.
  • Provide governance and oversight on various risks including technological and operational aspects.
  • Ensure active identification and control of product, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Identify weaknesses in systems or processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with control functions to scrutinize all risks thoroughly.
  • Identify and address risks that affect multiple areas of the business.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.
  • Assess risks when making business decisions while upholding the firm's reputation and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Desirable experience of 6 months in risk, control, audit, or related areas

Experience in Control and Risks

Preferable knowledge of MCA

Intermediate proficiency in Excel

Basic proficiency in English
