Category Management Sr. Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Be a category expert for our clients. Responsible of develop next stages of actual captaincies and develop new key strategic captaincies proposals being a key advisor for our clients. Support internal product merchandising guidelines and shopper insights to action searcher.
- Key contributor for our captaincies and key clients for our categories.
- Scorecards, category presentations and planogram development for our actual captaincies.
- Develop a new process of planogram revenue tool for internal and external clients.
- Prioritize and leader new captaincy/advisor process for key clients and categories.
- Catman data cube manager and developer to constantly improve our data master.
- Be a key team player with commercial team (trade, operations & KAM's) finding opportunities & suggest capitalization plans.
Deliver In Store Execution Guidelines for our brands general & Top Customers
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor ́s degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing captaincies with Pharma and Retail clients (ideally WM and FDA management).
- Strategic data analysis driven insights to actionables.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge and inshights analysis.
- Market data management (IQVIA & Knockb ideally)
- Advanced English level
