Puede tener responsabilidad completa del proyecto para proyectos significativos dentro del área especializada.Aplicar la experiencia, la capacitación y las técnicas de ingeniería adquiridas para resolver los problemas de material no conformante en proceso, responsable de implementar acciones correctivas para reducción del métrico de NMRs de proceso .
Analisis de los resultados diarios de eficiencia y scrap, utilizando las herramientas de BOS (Baxter Operating system) responsable de realizar A3 cuando el resultado se encuentre fuera de la meta.
Rendimiento de producción, productividad, seguimiento de tiempos muertos y acciones correctivas. Estimación de tiempos de ciclo, seguimiento y desarrollo de enrutadores de producción.Experiencia y requisitosExperiencia/Conocimiento:
- Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing.
- Atender Métricos.
- Conocimiento de estadística.
