Responsabilidades y atribuciones
SOPORTE TÉCNICO ON SITE L1 (BILINGÜE B1/B2)

  • Conocimientos avanzados en SO Windows.
  • Mantenimiento, detección y solución de problemas en equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones.
  • Soporte N aplicaciones locales.
  • Conocimientos de redes y diagnóstico en protocolo TCP/IP.
  • Administración herramienta interna inventario Rockwell
  • Seguimiento a proveedores locales.
  • Atención a usuario mediante tickets.
  • Dinámico, Trabajo en equipo, proactivo, analítico, gusto por innovar.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en ofimática Google Suite y Office (preferentemente 365).
  • Gestión de inventario y activos de TI.

Requisitos y calificaciones

Importante contar con:

  • 3 años de experiência
  • Ingles B1/B2
