- Lead the procurement process for transportation of employees (associated) and shuttle services for all our Delivery stations across Mexico.
*Negotiation and project leadership.
*Manage a team of 1 directs and multiple indirect teams.
*Report to the LT (Operations and Procurement) the status on a Weekly & Monthly basis.
*Vendor evaluation and align our current vendor base into our strategic organization goals.
- Create a Dashboard of service and track KPIs and monitor performance of vendor performance.
- Support the digitalization and system implementatio on its regions of management
1) Daily monitoring on the performance KPI of all sites asigned.
2) Improvement opportunities related to services.
3) Attend critical escalations + Action plan or task force as needed.
4) Networking with key stakeholders, functions and suppliers to collaborate into the best value added improvements needed for the operation
5) identify weak and vulnerabilities on our internal operative process and flag any potential risk.
6) Maintain the managed team a coverage 24/7 for the shifts + team on the service to avoid disruption.
7) Business Continuity process to maintain operation in case of contingencies.
