If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as a Financial Professional Entry . You'll be responsible for basic financial analyses and reports for management and execute activities of the assigned financial & administrative processes to provide high quality services to internal clients. This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week/ 2 at home office – subject to change.

Based on your performance, you'll havethe opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days you're in the office, no matter which office you'll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we're all so proud to represent.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Accounting and administrative reports: Perform basic analysis, reports, accounting, or administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements; identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor and, execute activities related to continuous improvement projects or special information requests. Procedures improvement: Challenge current processes in order to identify standardization, simplification, or automation opportunities on the daily activities. Communication and follow up to stake holders: Keep appropriate people informed, keep focused on priorities, follow Kellanova practices and processes and manage details from various sources.

We're Looking for Someone With

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business related field. Intermediate English. Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel. Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
