As a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible for developing and performing effective sales strategies that drive financial growth, build strong customer relationships and differentiate us from our competitors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate and implement the vision and strategic direction to deliver sales and profit growth.
  • Improve business strategies to ensure participation and profitable growth of the businesses.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of the value selling process with strategic customers.
  • Design commercial strategies that make a difference in the market.
  • Coordinate new product launches in customer lines.
  • Ensure profitability of commercial accounts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the powder coatings, liquid paints and pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience (coatings sales desirable).
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advance (Proficient) English.
  • Availability to travel and to be in the field 80% of the time.
