Responsible for preparing schedules for manufacturing departments and monitor daily results, helping to prioritize and coordinate activities manufacturing with department leaders; communicate and raise issues important to management; ensure that raw materials are available for support the schedule; meet inventory management goals; delivery objectives, monitoring and management of all processes and procedures of materials used in manufacturing (MRB, Scrap, Kanban, etc.)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Plans and prepares production schedules by reviewing bills of materials, availability of parts purchased and the availability of equipment for the manufacture of industrial products and consumption. Manages orders for assigned business unit area and releases ordersorders planned to production.
  • Coordinates with different departments (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance) to ensure the timely delivery and availability of raw materials to meet production schedules.
  • Develops the Production Schedule to establish the sequence and time required for each production line. product in a detailed schedule (By Product Line-MaterialDay priority) to meet the dates shipping according to forecast sales and customer orders. Data support (production rates to trigger the requirements of direct production personnel.
  • Coordinate the Operations support team that is delaying compliance with schedules and alters according to unforeseen conditions
  • Engage with Customer Service to coordinate ontime deliveries according to the needs of our clients.
  • Daily communication to the site in the materials planning portfolio. Proactive and constant communication urgent and critical deliveries.
  • Keep control of overproduction to write off excess inventory RAW-WIP & f. good inventory.
  • Prepare reports as needed for compliance metrics.
  • Attend meetings with production, materials engineering, and marketing to develop viable production plans.
  • Maintains organization standards of operating procedures

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Administration or Industrial Engineering)
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • At least 3 years in a related position
  • SAP management
