SME (Subject Matter Expert) en Mantenimiento y Controles
- Soporte y colaboración para que las líneas cumplan con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega, costo, mantenimiento, gente, ambiental y sistema operativo. Para garantizar estabilidad en proceso. Incluyendo soporte con proveedores.
- Participación y soporte en juntas de escalación diarias en turno.
- Coordinación de recursos y actividades requeridas para asegurar arranques seguros, paros programados, paros de línea y cierre de turno.
- Administración y conocimiento profundo de equipo técnico manejado en línea para soporte en recuperación y capacitación correspondiente. Con el fin de apoyar con el diagnóstico y solución oportunas de fallas durante producción, así como el análisis y seguimiento para eliminar el problema desde la causa raíz a través de planes de acción documentados.
- Gestión de sistema de mantenimiento (MFM) para control, planeación, desarrollo y ejecución de PM/AM/CM/EM/PDM (Mantenimientos preventivos, autónomos, correctivos, emergentes y predictivos) de acuerdo a cada uno de los activos en departamento para la obtención y análisis de MCPU. Siguiendo metodología RCM, PdM, CBM. (Reliability and centered maintenance), (Predictive Maintenance), ( Condition based Maintenance).
- Identificación y administración de presupuesto de partes críticas y no criticas para las reparaciones correspondientes en línea.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de KPIs/OKRs de mantenimiento (JPH, TTP, TTGR, Disponibilidad, MTTR, MTBF)
- Manejo de personal técnico, así como su desarrollo y capacitación de habilidades técnicas especializadas en mantenimiento.
- Impulsar el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos basados en la mejora continua en mantenimiento y costos para reducción del MCPU (Costo de mantenimiento por unidad).
- Liderar la implementación y ejecución del sistema FRACAS en el departamento.
- Administración de material, equipo, partes de inventario, spare parts, partes críticas en cribs de mantenimiento.
- Adherencia a Ford Production System (FPS).
- Revisión y/o desarrollo de Protags de máquina, arcflash updates, análisis de tareas, para asegurar la integridad y seguridad de la gente al realizar tareas de mantenimiento y operación. Siguiendo los estándares de seguridad.
- Asegurar y mantener software de Ford en funcionamiento (FIS, IIOT, OBL, GPTS, CPN, QWX, WMA, PDS,..)
- Elaboración de instrucciones de trabajo (VJP) y/o procedimientos para el mantenimiento adecuado de equipos, así como la documentación de fallas mediante un método de solución de problemas (4D)
- Responsable de ciberseguridad y parcheo de sistemas operativos.
- Mantener el ultimo nível de actualización de todos los respaldos, sistemas de recuperación, planos y/o dibujos en Autosave y/o sistemas de almacenamiento corporativo
- Liderea el cambio tecnológico para sustentar la operatividad del software y hardware obsoleto, dañado y/o de lanzamiento (Siguiendo una documentación apropiada a través de MTC).
