Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing events, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual setup.
  • Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events, including managing schedules, agendas, and materials.

Livestream Shopping:

  • Plan and execute livestream shopping initiatives, including selecting products, developing scripts, and coordinating with hosts and production teams.
  • Monitor livestreams in realtime, engaging with viewers, addressing questions, and driving sales through persuasive communication.
  • Analyze livestream performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future broadcasts.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and partners to leverage opportunities for collaboration and crosspromotion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, hosts, and guests involved in livestream shopping projects, ensuring clear communication and successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a marketing or promotional capacity.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and experience in managing livestream events or projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to consumers.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisionmaking and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
