Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Learn the contractual and regulatory obligations of renewable energy assets pertaining to NERC and regional regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist Compliance Manager and other team members in tracking and fulfilling ongoing tasks and deliverables.
- Regularly follow up with thirdparties for deliverables to ensure tasks are closed out.
- Coordinate, compile, and submit regular filings with NERC and related entities.
- Manage document administration and data rooms for projectspecific documents.
- Organize meeting agendas, both internal and external, potentially lead meetings with external parties when needed.
- Help streamline internal processes and procedures as necessary.
- Support the development, preparation, and delivery of monthly and annual compliance reports.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualification & Education
- The minimum required qualification for this position is as follows:

- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 3 years of administration internal controls workrelated experience.
- At least 3 years of Project management experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Ability to take ownership of tasks and track through completion
- Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track & execute large volumes of ongoing compliance obligations
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Business Administration, Energy Studies, Environmental Studies, or a related field
- Working knowledge of PV solar, wind, and/or battery system operations and management
- Experience with NERC regulatory compliance
Physical Requirements**- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience working with a U.S based company is highly preferred
