Job Summary
Work alongside the Compliance Manager to provide Managed Compliance Services to assigned clients. Oversee the day-to-day task related to the compliance programs, ensuring scope of services is met and deliverables are executed in a timely manner.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to our customers.
Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios. Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios.
Support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients. Review and integrate content from O&M provider reports.
Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings. Support compliance audit activities.
Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
Assist team with problem resolution.
Required Qualification & Education
Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience
Required Skills & Competencies
Able to follow written and verbal directions
Attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team
Required Software Knowledge
Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF toolsets
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
Familiarity with project agreements & material terms
Experience With a U.S. Based Company Preferred.
