El Sourcing Specialist desarrollara actividades para las commodities, asimismo, dentro del equipo de Sourcing, relacionadas a proveedores y stakeholders.Sera responsable de brindar soporte a los stakeholders en todas las actividades relacionadas a indirect procurement, apalancado por el uso de contratos aprobados, herramientas y los distintos canales de compra.
Atributos principales:
- Responsable por la entrega de un trabajo de calidad en sus funciones diarias, dentro del marco funcional predefinido para el área.
- Deberá aplicar el conocimiento detallado del negocio, para comprender como su trabajo genera un valor agregado que contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
- Resolución de situaciones y desafíos que puedan surgir, utilizando los procedimientos establecidos. Deberá consultar con un líder senior dentro del equipo para aquellas situaciones que estén fuera del procedimiento establecido.
Responsabilidades principals incluidas:
- Liderar la ejecución de las estrategias locales de sourcing, que permita la entrega de una ventaja competitiva al negocio. Esto incluye la selección de proveedores, el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales apropiadas, que garanticen un performance apropiado por parte de los mismos. Desarrollar un mecanismo que permita garantizar el monitoreo de las operaciones y entregables del proveedor.
- Liderar las negociaciones de contratos y principales proyectos, interactuando estrechamente con los principales stakeholders (Ej. Category Leaders, key operational stakeholders).
- Garantizar la ejecución de proyectos y management de los proveedores, desde la identificación del proyecto hasta su implementación final. Esto incluye las relaciones vigentes con proveedores globales, el análisis de spend, el desarrollo de proveedores, análisis de riesgo, performance, compliance, supervisión y rigor para alcanzar los objetivos seteados para hard Savings (VCP) y cash.
- Trabajar con los distintos requestors para garantizar la selección de proveedores preferidos, en cada categoría, que cumplan con los requisitos de validación correspondientes.
- Responsable por el proceso de compra y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ahorro (Deflación) y proyectos de reducción de costos.
- Deberá conocer el proceso de escalación para aquellas situaciones que requieran atención con relación a los entregables y calidad esperados del proveedor. También deberá brindar soporte a las distintas situaciones que puedan surgir relacionadas a facturación/pagos y manejo de la base de datos de Sourcing.
Requerimientos:
- Certificación oficial en el área de sourcing /Bachiller en Ingenieria / y /o equivalente.
- 3 años de experiência en Sourcing/contrataciones, en el área y sus funciones, haciendo uso de los servicios de los distintos commodities, con conocimiento profundo y detallado para la necesidad especifica de cada área.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y análisis, con la habilidad para el manejo
- Título Universitario con 5 años de experiência comprobable en sourcing o procurement o título Universitario o certificado en escuela técnica con 2 años de experiência en Supply Chain.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita & oral).
- Deberá aceptar disponer del 10% de su tiempo para Viajes locales o internacionales.
