Realiza actividades asociadas con la instalación, el diagnóstico, el mantenimiento y el servicio de productos relacionados con la computadora, incluidos, entre otros, computadoras de escritorio y portátiles, impresoras, dispositivos de red, software estándar y servidores de gama baja en los sitios de los clientes y / o ubicaciones de depósito.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Instala y mantiene PC y software asociado, redes, servidores y periféricos.
  • Admite productos de red desde perspectivas operativas y de mantenimiento.
  • Realiza instalaciones, movimientos, adiciones y cambios según sea necesario.
  • Prueba y certifica PC, redes, servidores y aplicaciones aprobadas por el cliente.
  • Proporciona seguimiento de problemas o escalada.
  • Mantiene un alto grado de profesionalismo en acciones, comportamiento y vestimenta.
  • Asegura la satisfacción del cliente durante toda la transacción de entrega del servicio.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requerimientos

  • Requiere un título de secundaria y 01 años de experiência técnica práctica
  • Capacitación en electrónica equivalente a al menos 2 años de institutos técnicos, escuelas técnicas politécnicas y / o militares con servicio de campo aplicable y / u otra experiência técnica relacionada.
  • Certificaciones específicas de los fabricantes según se requiera. Es decir. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Unisys. COMPTIA y NETWORKPLUS
  • Solución de problemas de software y hardware.
  • Conocedor de servidores, aplicaciones de Microsoft / Linux / Unix, protocolo de red, interconexión de redes, configuración y posee capacidad avanzada de soporte de PC.
  • Capacidad para probar y certificar PC, redes, servidores y aplicaciones de software aprobadas por cliente / Unisys y periféricos asociados
  • Conocimiento de los procedimientos internos específicos del cliente y los requisitos de prestación de servicios.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación con el cliente.
  • Se puede requerir autorización del cliente y / o gubernamental.
