Accurately document field service activities, including installation report and service work report, and timely submit through the required system. Contribute to knowledge base to allow continued improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications/upgrades.
  • Maintaining service tools and calibration kits.
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper followup
  • Using the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues
  • Identifying and participating in service sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and qualification products.
  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics / E&C /Instrumentation.
E
xperience levels

  • Up to 5 years of service support experience on electronic equipment's and production line.

Skills

  • Good Communication skills,
- should have hands-on experience on electronic equipment and computer systems, basical mechanical acknowledge.

  • English language 80% minimum
