¿Cuál es el propósito principal de esta posición?


Ser el enlace entre los equipos nacionales y Planeación, contribuyendo en la mejora del Forecast Estadístico (a nível localidad) y en la construcción del Plan de Venta que fluye desde los procesos definidos dentro de PIPE (S&OP y S&OE), así como de los indicadores clave del área como el Forecast Accuracy, con prioridad en las regiones que tenga asignadas.




¿En qué trabajarás?

  • Comunicación e interacción con equipos nacionales en lo referente al plan de venta en los diferentes formatos que existen dentro de la compañía, clarificando dudas y redireccionando probables oportunidades que tengan que ser resueltas por los equipos de Planeación de la Demanda Central
  • Colaborar constantemente con los equipos de Planeación de la Demanda Central para mejora de los KPI del área (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, Forecast Estadístico)
  • Monitoreo de desviaciones entre el plan de venta y la venta dentro de sus regiones, compartiendo a los equipos de Planeación de la Demanda Central las oportunidades más significativas para su corrección.
  • Análisis del Forecast Estadístico a nível localidad, identificando y notificando desviaciones para un mejor desempeño del mismo. Esto involucra asegurar que las claves de producto sean las correctas y que las localidades sean correspondientes a la unidad de negocio y formato de venta.
  • Dominio de los tiempos y etapas de los procesos de planeación dentro de PIPE (S&OP y S&OE), siendo el referente ante cualquier consulta dentro de sus equipos así como de las diferentes herramientas que existen para consulta del Plan de Venta

  • Bachillerato completo, licenciatura trunca (Ingeniería, administración de empresas, negocios internacionales).
  • Conocimientos de paquetería Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Deseable: Power BI, conocimiento de operación de almacenes
