Currently we are looking for our next: HR Ops Assoc Analyst

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

**Qualifications**

**What will you be doing?**
- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:
o Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements

o Capture information in payroll systems.

o Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.

o Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Analytical skills
- Action-oriented and problem solving skills
- Team player and highly collaborative
- Untouchable integrity and ethics
- Functional and technical expertise to provide solutions
- Attention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure
