Como IT Coordinator serás responsable de proporcionar las mejores Tecnologías de la Información en apoyo directo de la empresa, siendo constantemente un elemento estratégico y valorado, que proporciona servicios y soluciones innovadoras,
agiles, robustas y rentables para la operación.
TUS PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES SERÁN:
Asegurar que los servicios clave de IT sean funcionales y operativos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los usuarios. Ejecutar y mantener la correcta administración de activos de IT, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos del corporativo. Participarás activamente en proyectos, soporte técnico a usuarios y atención a clientes. Administrarás la entrega y presupuesto de la instalación de aplicaciones estándar. Mejorarás continuamente la eficiencia de costos, así como el inventario y activos de sistemas. Administraras el correcto soporte a usuarios en oficinas y áreas de producción, sobre temas de equipos (impresoras, scanners, PCs, Laptops, etc...) y capacitación sobre su uso. Liderarás la configuración de redes, verificación de puertos y cableado. Gestionarás la actualización de servidores, instalación de aplicaciones, Consultas a bases de datos con lenguaje estructurado (SQL). Soporte a equipos: encriptación de disco duro, instalación de sistema operativo Windows y aplicaciones de paquetería. Atenderás auditorias de control interno y de requerimiento oficial dentro de la industria automotriz. Administración de personal a cargo.PARA SER EXITOSO EN ESTE PUESTO NECESITARAS:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas (Titulo o Carta Pasante).Experiencia en empresas de manufactura automotriz con ambientes de trabajo Just In Time. +5 años laborando en el área de sistemas, soporte técnico, equipos, redes, servidores, sistemas de trazabilidad. +1 año en posición de liderazgo o supervisión, comprobable. Conocimiento en redes VLAN, switches CISCO, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IBM AS400 y sistemas ERP (SAP módulos de materiales e inventarios). Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
