**Key responsibilities**
- Cross-functional and cross-regional project and program management
- Schedule and lead regular project review meetings
- Achieve project KPIs for financial, product, process & quality performance
- Timely and accurate communication of project data and project status (ensure on time Phase-Gate reviews and sign offs)
- Prioritize activities within a project to ensure successful delivery to the project goals, including risk analysis and escalation as necessary
- Organize project data and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Gates Project Management System (GPMS) and PM tools

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution, or 4 years of work experience in a technical field.
- Proficiency in project management is must, demonstrated ability to execute projects.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing principles, product introduction, and process improvement required
- OEM / Supplier Industry / engineering consultant experience desirable. Preferred: experience with customer interactions
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, and communicate data/information & solve problems
- Must be able to drive teams to consensus - make decisions and resolve conflicts
- Demonstrated business acumen, partner with business managers to execute project initiatives
- Strong proficiency in project management, including the use of standard project management tools and techniques.
