Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company specializing in discovering, developing, and commercializing prescription medicines. They work alongside the world's leading academic and biotech research institutions to stimulate innovation and evaluate emerging technologies. The client operates in over 100 countries, and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.

The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business needs and analyzing, validating, and documenting the business and system requirements that identify how these needs can be best addressed.

The analyst designs processes and changes to processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions completed through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.

The analyst adheres to the established processes and requirements management methodology and practices (use case modeling processes, ISPMM). It includes meeting established the client's quality and compliance standards. You will be responsible for taking current processes, creating process maps, and suggesting areas for improvement. You must visit the USA (Wilmington, DE) when necessary and attend the office two days a week.- Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical company (preferred).
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • A sense of urgency, confidence, and ability to work with multiple teams and crosscollaboratively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with project goals.
  • Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Communicate with the project team and project sponsor to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
  • Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
