Technical Support Engineer with expertise in
Machine Learning and Data Science. Join our dynamic client in
Mexico and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the realms of
Azure Cognitive Services, Python, API integration, and cloud development.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services
- LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracy.
- Strong Python along with knowledge of C++ and/or Java.
- Deep knowledge of APIs (OCR/Face, etc.), calling APIs, understanding Rest API communication, endpoints, authentication, debugging, capturing traces, etc.
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese.
Azure Cognitive Services:
- Indepth understanding of LUIS, SDK app, and ML Model prediction accuracy.
Coding Skills:
- Strong Python and C# coding skills, with additional knowledge of C++ and/or Java.
Debugging and Validation:
- Knowledge of debugging and validation of Back End logs.
API Integration:
- Deep understanding of APIs (OCR/Face, etc.), including calling APIs, Rest API communication, endpoints, authentication, debugging, capturing traces, etc.
Cloud Development:
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud development.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of OpenAI will be an added advantage.
Troubleshooting:
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools.
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and crossfunctional teams.
