La interacción con nuestros colegas de ventas és igualmente importante, así como garantizar que nuestros Centros de Atención Operativa (OCC) tengan toda la información necesaria (incluendo la información sistemática) para poder ejecutar sus tareas. Tus responsabilidades 1.

Asesorar y consultar de forma proactiva a los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción.

  • Monitorear los envíos de clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones proactivas y resolver problemas en previsión de una eventual queja.
  • Atender llamadas de reclamaciones y proporcionar solución de problemas.
  • Registrar información del cliente en los sistemas KN (incluidas las tarifas vendidas y otros acuerdos) para que los Centros de Atención Operativa estén claramente informados sobre los productos entregables.

5 Colaborar con el Centro de Antecion de Servicios Operativos (OCC) para garantizar que cumplamos con nuestro compromiso de servicio al cliente y los KPIs acordados (comunicarse y ayudar al OCC a implementar la corrección y acciones preventivas).


  • Colaborar con el Centro de Atencion de Ingresos/Facturación (RCC) para asegurar todas las cotizaciones, tarifas y acuerdos con el
el cliente y para que consecuentemente tengamos una facturación precisa y al tiempo.

  • Colaborar con el departmento domestico para asegurar que todas las recolecciones y entregas sean hechas de acuerdo con el tiempo y servicio acordado con los clientes.
  • Monitorear y asegurar que la margen (GP/KG) esperada para cada cliente sea cumplida.
  • Compartir conocimientos con los equipos de ventas y gestión de cuentas. Tus habilidades y experencias
Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o a fin

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar

Dominio en la operación aérea
