We are searching for the best talent for BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP LEAD to be in Juarez.

Purpose:


Supervises and coordinates business relationship visits in Salvarcar plant, connecting with the different areas keeping effective communications, having updated financial, quality and operation information through market research.

At this level, the role has increased responsibility including but not limited to strategic and leadership skills, driving engagement, innovation, productivity, and customer-centric mindset.

It will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily.

As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members, so you must have excellent communication skills.


You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for communicating and handle strategic visits in Salvarcar.
  • Coordinate agenda and all logistics in the strategic visits.
  • Shipping requisite equipment to pertinent locations.
  • Remaining highly accessible to stakeholders.
  • Completing clientrequested errands, within reason.
  • Managing allotted finances.
  • Ensure adherence to Internal Control Policies & Procedures.
  • Complies with fiscal and J & J requirements.
  • Planning and disseminating indepth itineraries.
  • Booking transport, accommodation, and adjacent services.
  • Collaborating with security staff, marketers, and venue operations teams.
  • Shipping requisite equipment to pertinent locations.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • Generally, Requires 68 Years Work Experience.
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base.
  • Formal training in events coordination is ideal.
  • Securityconscious and highly professional.
  • Comfortable managing highbudget.
  • Polished logístical and problemsolving methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to alleviate the taxing emotions engendered by touring.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Ability to influence upper management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills are required.
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and General Ledger. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, macros and VLOOKUP functions is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or consumer products industries preferred.
  • Prior supply chain experience is preferred.
  • Must be selfmotivated, team oriented and have excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible, prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business.
  • The ability to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
