Data Analyst

Note: This position is based in OpenTable's office in Mexico City.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct detailed analysis of AI-generated data to offer insights and suggestions on the customer experience
• Develop scalable data models and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify patterns and trends in data using AI techniques
• Build predictive models to aid business decisions
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate AI insights into business processes
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities across different business units

About You:

• Passionate about data and AI technologies, and always updated on the latest trends
• Skilled at interpreting data to drive positive changes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or related field
• Proficiency in BI tools like Snowflake and Preset
• Experience in translating data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute
