**Team Overview**:
We need an Operations Analyst for our Taxi team in Spanish Speaking Latam, capable of and responsible for the strategy and the execution of the initiatives from the Taxi-Mobility side of the business. This person should be analytical, strategic, team-player and action oriented.
This person should be naturally creative but also be driven by data-facts, trends, and objectives to contribute in the design and execution of the different campaigns and initiatives in the current and new cities.
**Role Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive Business Intelligence for the Taxi Ride-Hailing business. P&L owner: grow riders and drivers scale sustainably, optimize the efficiency/productivity of Taxi’s KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis. Design and build growth, engagement and pricing strategies aligned with the Taxi business short and long term goals. Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing. Ensure collaboration with other Product Lines, Finance, Marketing and Product teams to improve operational productivity & user experience. Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture. **Role Qualifications**:
**Bachelors Degree**: Engineering, Computer science, Actuary or any related field. Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) skills are a must. Other database experience is helpful. Comfortable learning and using new software tools. Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team. Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions. Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
