  • Gestión del equipo del Departamento de materiales, entregando resultados y alcanzando el rendimiento basado en indicadores de calidad (KPI).
  • Planificación y gestión de la adquisición de materias primas y materiales
  • Asegurar que los procesos logísticos y aduaneros se manejen de manera eficiente y efectiva.
  • Garantizar una comunicación efectiva con todos los departamentos de la empresa.
Perfil del candidato

Minimo 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Materiales

  • Minimo 5 años de experiencia trabajando en el área de materiales y logistica en una compañía de FMCG.
  • Experiencia en las diferentes áreas de la cadena de suministro (

MUST:
Planeación de la demanda).

  • Experiencia trabajando con materiales como: resinas, plásticos, químicos y fragancias.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de planeación


 Dominio de SAP
  • Habilidades gerenciales y de desarrollo de equipos multinacionales.
  • Persona con habilidades de negociación, liderazgo, inteligencia emocional, capacidad de delegar y dar seguimiento de actividades. Con capacidad analítica, orientado a tareas y resultados.

  • Certificado como Six Sigma
  • Proveniente de una manufactura certificada como IMMEX y CTPAT.
