Responsabilidades Principales:
Dirige y coordina múltiples operaciones requeridas en la producción de semiconductores de circuitos integrados. Area especifica de responsabilidad puede incluir, pero no limitada a, Fabricación de circuitos integrados, línea de ensamble, ingeniería de equipo, ingeniería de procesos y posible mezcla de sustancia químicas.
Establece plan de producción junto a planeación en base a los requerimientos de producción y disponibilidad de materia prima e insumos. También es responsable de manejar presupuesto para reparación de equipo, así como dirigir al personal directo o indirecto a su cargo.
Selecciona, desarrolla y evalúa a su personal para asegurar la eficiencia en las operaciones de ensamble:
Requerimientos:
Escolaridad:
Licenciatura en cualquier rama de ingeniería.
Habilidad para la solución de problemas, Manejo de equipo de cómputo y conocimiento en sistemas de producción como CAMSTAR, SAP, Promis.
Conocimiento de idioma Ingles básico.
Disponibilidad para viajar:
Si, con posibilidades de acudir a entrenamientos.
Experiência:
Interna:
Como Líder de Celda de al menos 2 años.
Técnico de Mantenimiento, Ingeniero de Mantenimiento, Especialista en Control de Producción con al menos 1 año de experiência (con carrera profesional afín).
Externa:
Experiência en proceso de manufactura y tener conocimiento al menos 1 año de supervisión de personal.
