About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and replicate technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation and reproduction steps.
- Utilize SQL and database skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Take ownership of the bug queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of reported issues.
- Potentially assist in incident management, contributing to swift and effective responses.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in development or technical support. Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Experience scripting in modern programming languages. Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems. Strong SQL and database skills. Exceptional prioritization and communication abilities. Proven experience with high volume technical issues in a dynamic tech environment.
