As a country leader, you will be responsible for the commercial, sales and solutions (operations) activities for distribution solutions (ELDS) division in Mexico.
Ensuring the business' growth and achievement of all the targets such as sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction and leading the country team for all the "licence to operate" KPIs.
Your responsibilities- Responsible to define and execute a customerfocused Operations strategy derived from the overall business strategy and developed for the region.
- Accountable for a sustainable and effective valuechain, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & Service) by ensuring the effective deployment of the respective Procurement and Logistics strategy (project execution from order to service) and to ensure the integrated commercial success of the organization to drive business growth and market share, enabling the organization to achieve its short, mid, and longterm performance and growth objectives.
- Responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin, and related objectives across the regional and covering all ELDS Business Lines portfolio.
- Drives evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensures proactive sales approach with a focus on solutions.
- Develops relationships with key stakeholders and action on the customer's expectations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- In coordination with Solutions Execution Centers Leader and organization to ensure all the operations aspects are duly met across the region HSE, Integrity and risk management and all other operations that includes the project management, procurement and logistics, quality, and tendering.
- Work closely with Sales Business Excellence Leader and organization to champion a culture of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement across the organization. Execute the sales operation and pricing activities across the region.
- Accountable to build an effective, capable, and highperforming organization and ensure to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skillupgrades in close relation to HR function.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 7 to 10 years of commercial leadership experience with direct management of large sales and marketing teams preferably in system business and knowledge in product business
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of commercial plans and strategies.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals.
- Demonstrated ability for leading and building organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes and culture of high performance / excellence in marketing and sales.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, including geographically remote teams.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence. Selfdriven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience.
- Fluency in English.
