¿Cuál es el propósito principal de esta posición?
Diseñar inicitaivas de desarrollo de talento, en coordinación con HRBPs y Talent Management, que permitan seguir acelerando la agenda de talento.
¿En qué trabajarás?Soporte en la estrategia integral de talento apegado a los procesos de Talent Management y Comunicación de PMF a través:
Desarrollo:
asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo del proceso de people planning y calibración; así como la centralización de programas de desarrollo organizacionales e implementación de iniciativas para continuar elevando el nível de talento en PMF (programas de desarrollo locales, planes de desarrollo enfocados a la mejora de oportunidades).
