Qué harás:
- Será responsable de gestionar la mejora continua, así como gestionará la implantación de nuevas prácticas, procesos y sistemas.
- Realizará presentaciones (internas y externas) y apoyo con propuestas de recomendacion o soluciones.
- Será responsable de la buena relación con gerentes y gente de producción (sabiendo comunicarse asertivamente con los más diversos níveles).
- Utilizará la filosofía DMAIC para medir los problemas de estructura y corregirlos.
Qué Necesitas:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial o campo relacionado); o Administración de Empresas.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años trabajando en un entorno de excelencia de procesos operativos.
- Experiência demostrada en el uso de la filosofía DMAIC.
- Conocimiento demostrado de conceptos y herramientas de excelencia operativa y de procesos en evolución (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Excellence).
- Capacidad demostrada para dirigir o facilitar iniciativas de mejora continua utilizando metodologías y herramientas Lean/SS con equipos funcionales transversales desde el inicio hasta la aplicación de recomendaciones y soluciones.
- Se requiere experiência demostrada en Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio); preferiblemente aplicaciones estadísticas (Minitab o equivalente).
- Certificación Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferiblemente Black Belt; Operacional, Transaccional o Diseño para Six Sigma).
- Bilingüe: inglés y español.
