Responsable y partícipe de las operaciones de almacenamiento, desarrollo, mantenimiento y la distribución eficiente de la materia prima para la empresa y sus clientes internos.

Esto incluye la actividad de funciones cruzadas con atención al cliente, producción y otro personal, para garantizar que se cumplan las expectativas del cliente.

Gestiona el presupuesto y administración de los almacenes externos, administración de los costos de transporte, mano de obra y logística.

Mantenimiento de inventarios y su precisión. Mantener un lugar de trabajo seguro con 5S's.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrolla y administra con los proveedores 3PL responsables de suministros de materia prima o subensambles, con diferente tipo de origen de arribo de materia prima, ya sea proveedor local (Tijuana), Doméstico (US) y/o Global (vía marítima de ASIA), asegurando la coordinación con los transportistas para no incurrir en gasto extras (Tarifas de Demora).
  • Coordina la logística de suministro de materia prima a Manufactura.
  • Desarrolla el plan de habilidades para todos los integrantes del almacén, manejo de montacargas, transacción de sistema, 5S's etc.
  • Responsable de auditar los inventarios, así como garantizar el uso del sistema FIFO.
  • Responsable del cumplimiento en la capacitación del personal en el almacenamiento y surtimiento de materia prima en tiempo y forma.

Requisitos:

  • Ingles 70%: Fluidez que permite realizar presentaciones de proyectos, participación en procesos de negociación.
  • Carrera profesional
  • Experiência de 5 años mínimo en Warehouse o en Distribution Center.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en manejo de personal.
  • Experiência deseable de 3 ó más años como Gerente o en puesto similar a cargo de la administración almacenes en industria de exportación local e internacional.
  • Habilidad en aplicación de Soft skills
  • MS Office (Excel avanzado) Oracle, PC.
  • Control y Administración de Inventarios, Lean Manufacturing, C-TPAT, Exportación, Envíos domésticos, Cadena de Suministro (APICS)
  • Certificación deseable CPIM o CSCP
