Gerente de Compras Especialista en Aceros, serás responsable de liderar y supervisar las actividades de adquisición de materiales y productos de acero para la organización.

Serás el enlace clave entre los proveedores de acero y los departamentos internos, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna y rentable de los productos de acero necesarios para la operación de la empresa.

Además, deberás mantener una relación sólida y colaborativa con los proveedores para garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la organización.


RESPONSABILIDADES:

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de adquisición de acero que garanticen la disponibilidad, calidad y competitividad de los productos.

Investigar y evaluar proveedores de acero potenciales, negociar contratos y establecer acuerdos comerciales ventajosos.

Supervisar y coordinar el proceso de compra de acero, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la recepción del producto.

Gestionar el inventario de acero de manera eficiente, optimizando los níveles de stock y minimizando los costos asociados.

Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades, tendencias y cambios en los precios de los productos de acero.


Mantener una comunicación fluida con los proveedores para resolver problemas, gestionar reclamaciones y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.


Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos internos, como producción y logística, para garantizar la integración efectiva de la cadena de suministro.

Evaluar el desempeño de los proveedores y desarrollar planes de mejora continua en términos de calidad, costo y servicio.

Mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones y normativas relacionadas con los productos de acero, asegurando el cumplimiento de las mismas.

Requisitos:

Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o campos relacionados.

Experiência previa de al menos 3 años en funciones de compras, preferiblemente en la industria del acero.

Amplio conocimiento de los diferentes tipos de acero, sus propiedades y usos.

Capacidad demostrada para negociar contratos y establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores.

Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para realizar análisis de mercado y seguimiento de indicadores clave.

Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar equipos.

Orientación a resultados y habilidades para la toma de decisiones.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.

Conocimiento de herramientas y software de gestión de compras y control de inventarios.
