About The Role

As Sr Brand Manager for our Personal Care category in Mexico you will be responsible for keeping record of category monthly performance and coordinate the execution of the annual promo, pricing, new products & visibility plans You will have to assure category development and growth with excellence across the 5P's, and regular business updates to the leadership team.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for 1 to 3 years by identifying the biggest opportunities
  • Develop a plan to achieve and surpass short & mid-term objectives
  • Price, promotions and shopper events, new products campaigns follow up
  • Full project management for special packs & new products launch
  • Coordinate with Brand Innovation Group, creative agency and suppliers new products POP material
  • Implement in-store annual activity grid
  • Training and guidance for marketing interns/assistants brand managers
  • Keep syndicated data and financial charts updated (monthly closings)

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
  • 6 to 8 years of shown experience in marketing
  • Between 1 to 2 years as Brand Manager or similar seniority positions
  • Leadership, teamwork, and other interpersonal skills
  • Nielsen Advisor / Answers / Nielsen IQ is a plus
  • Advanced English level
