Hey there Are you a seasoned professional in the field of education with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Peterson School as a Kinder Instructional Coach We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years of leadership experience to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As a Preschool Instructional Coach at Peterson School, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and coordinators in our three Kinder campuses to enhance the learning process of our students. You will work closely with the preschool team to adopt instructional practices which maximise student learning, especially with regards to developing early literacy skills.

Requirements:
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of education
  • Strong background in preschool pedagogy
  • Leadership experience in an educational setting
  • Proven track record of providing educational coaching
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Willingness to express opinions in a constructive manner
  • Experience with Montessori curriculum would be beneficial
