Seras responsable de planear, organizar y supervisar que los sistemas de calidad seanimplementados y ejecutados a fin de asegurar que los níveles de calidad del producto excedan las expectativas del cliente, fungir como respresentante del cliente ante el sistema TS16949.
Funciones Claves del Puesto
- Asegurar la ejecución de un plan operativo que asegure la mejora continua de todos los métricos de calidad relevantes.
- Asegurar que la calidad nunca sea sacrificada por la entrega.
- Realizar un control funcional de calidad para proteger al cliente de los defectos de calidad.
- Asegurar que los mejores sistemas de clase mundial son implementación en la operación.
- Influenciar y cultivar el liderazgo de calidad en los lideres dela operación.
- Asegurar que el contenido efectivo este instalado para proteger al cliente de los defectos de calidad
- Personalizar la organización de calidad de la región con expertos funcionales, expertos en ejecución y contacto con la gente
- Coordinar y entrenar la planta en el proceso de resolución de poblemas
- Asegurar la implementación de acciones correctivas
- Establecer y proveer liderazgo en la iniciativa de acción.
- LOGRAR UN BUEN AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO EN SU DEPARTAMENTO
- Proporcionar información y apoyo cuando sea necesario, para asegurar la adecuada implantación y mantenimiento del SAA.
