Overview

Role

In this management position, you will:

  • Supervise the daily settlement function, ensuring proper procedures are followed in the execution of all funds transfers and collection of payments
  • Identify and oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
  • Drive analysis to support changes in strategies related to settlement process flows, operational controls and risk mitigation
  • Perform indepth analysis to evaluate operational, customer and system impact and present strategic recommendations to upper management
All About You

  • Bilingual
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with effective communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Demonstrated success interacting with senior leadership, working with partners across other business units and markets in support of crossfunctional programs
  • Experience motivating and providing regular feedback to team members; resolves performance issues
  • Cash flow management
  • Ensures a strong control environment by supporting, monitoring and enforcing operational and financial controls.
  • Contributes to special projects and preforms various adhoc reporting or analysis as needed with a strong customer service focus.
  • Results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
  • Able to work through ambiguous concepts and issues to bring clarity to the stakeholders
  • Problem solver and a strong team player with an eye for detail and focus on accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft product suite
