Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the background checks, medical exams, offer process and all hiring activities.
  • Works with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools.
  • Responsible for the Induction Program of all new hires.
  • Process the Internal Promotions and move at operative level.
  • Update vacancies report weekly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related careers.
  • Intermediate/ advanced level of English. 2 years of experience in high volume manufacturing recruitment processes.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus specifically in Workday
  • Availability to work on site
  • Monterrey plant.
