Human Resources Consultant

Main Responsibilities- Support various Human Resources processes at the unit/site
- Guide and support managers and employees in resolving Human Resource issues
- Implement, lead and support HR Projects, HR Continuous Improvement & HR Operation Center initiatives to achieve HR strategic goals
- Counsel and advise management on the interpretation of Human Resource /Company policies and procedures
- Guides and supports managers and employees about resolving Human Resource issues
- Supports several Human Resource processes/procedures in the major Human Resource areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and talent planning, training and development, health and safety, legal compliance, employee communications, and onboarding experience
- May specialize in one or more of these sub-areas
- Skill in utilizing tools and software that support Human Resources processes (HRIS, BI, Success Factors, Kronos, HR Data management)
- Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and talent development
